Driver Spotlight: Earl Burnett

“You get to decide what you want to do. That makes it a pretty good company, I believe. Other companies, once you’re out there on the road, you pretty much have to do what they want you to do. You know, there are times that’s just not gonna make it as convenient for you as you would like it to be,” driver Earl Burnett said.

We take it a step further and really get to know our drivers. We ask questions that help us know your more about your life goals and unique needs. It’s a personal touch we pride ourselves on.

“We’re more personal, the way we handle orientation. Just starting orientation before I even begin, I ask questions about their personal lives more than, you know, what they do. Well overall, I think we get to know the driver better. And I get to handoff that information to their fleet manager, so they get to know the driver better,” Burnett explained.

“They’ve always been really good here about getting drivers home for events for their children, you know, wives, family … that kind of thing. I mean, I’d say this company is more family-oriented than others,” Burnett said.
